At our 2017 Unmasking the Truth event we gathered around 300 women from all backgrounds to get real, drop the masks and open up a tightly wrapped topic that has been affecting women for centuries.

Our panel of dynamic, well-known and influential women, shared their experience with running into barriers and bumping up against that invisible “glass ceiling” as they moved towards positions of authority and influence.
NightShift provides love, hope and purpose to all men and women in our neighbourhood, living on the street, in poverty or in hopeless situations. Our Unmasking the Truth events provide a special spotlight on issues facing women in our community and proceeds support our women’s initiatives, helping us to reach women through our counselling and care programs, our daytime Selah drop-in and emergency over-night shelter, and our upcoming Care Cottage.
Our heartfelt thanks to emcee, Tanya Fletcher, and all of our sponsors, panelists, supporters and attendees for making Unmasking the Truth such a beautiful night.
