RE:ACT
A 12-week outpatient Recovery Education for Addiction and Complex Trauma is hosted during weekdays. This is an abstinence based program, you must be sober for a few weeks before participating and commit to abstaining from substances and processed addictions during the 12-week program.

On Purpose
A low barrier series of trauma-informed classes designed to create awareness and to encourage participants in making small steps towards pursuing change in their lives. This is not abstinence based, anyone is welcome regardless of their stage in recovery.

Counselling at NightShift
Counsellors with registration from CPCA or CCPA available. Open to anyone regardless of background or spiritual belief, sessions are offered on a sliding-scale fee basis to provide counselling to anyone regardless of financial status, learn more here.
