Easter of hope

Embracing hope in community, while enjoying a celebration meal together is especially important for friends in need on the street, navigating disconnection along with difficult circumstances.

At NightShift’s Easter dinners in Surrey and Langley last week, we celebrated the resurrection of Jesus as we gathered with people over a hot meal and shared our stories and our hopes for the future.

Thank you for being part of the Easter season at NightShift Street Ministries. Whether you gave financially, donated items, volunteered your time, prayed for our community — you have made a positive impact in the lives of people experiencing homelessness, poverty, addiction and social disconnection.

This spring, your generosity will help hope grow in our community. Just $50 a month provides 10 vulnerable people a welcoming community, a hot meal, clothing, plus access to counselling, recovery and basic nursing care. We are grateful for your generosity that keeps our services open to people who need it most.
