Container Village

At the outset of this year we were excited about the prospect of bringing container-based  temporary shelter solutions to our streets. Now the specially altered shipping containers are a reality, provided free of cost and serving as temporary modular housing units until a more permanent solution can be found for our homeless friends in Tri-Cities. In order to secure the survival of the project, the Hope for Freedom Society is seeking funding from the Aviva Community Fund to manage the container village for the use of up to 24 individuals for a period of two years.
