Extreme Weather Shelter Training

If you’ve been waiting to serve our Lord by giving of your time, do we have an opportunity for YOU!
NightShift Street Ministries is again hosting an Extreme Weather Shelter this winter. This is a wonderful opportunity to put mercy into action.
The training session is being held on
Saturday, November 6, 2010 10 am – 2 pm at the NightShift Outreach Centre (side entrance) 10635 King George Boulevard
If you are interested in volunteering, please call or email the NightShift office to register.
Anyone who wishes to be part of this very important service to the “least of these” is required to attend training. The shelter shifts will be between the hours of 8:30 pm and 8 am. There will be a minimum of two volunteers per shift at all times. Volunteers for janitorial services are also needed from 7 – 10 am.
